Robert C. Reback is a senior partner in the Law Firm of Reback, McAndrews, Kjar, Warford & Stockalper, located in Manhattan Beach, California. For the past 35 years, he has specialized in the trial of civil personal injury cases particularly in catastrophic injuries. His trial background is in such diverse areas as product liability, drug manufacturer liability, legal malpractice and all aspects of medical malpractice.

In his career, Mr. Reback has tried over one hundred cases and he has focused his practice for the past 30 years primarily in medical negligence including the defense of physicians, hospitals, and health organizations in such areas as malpractice, elder abuse and sexual harassment.

Mr. Reback has been invited to lecture by numerous legal medical organizations including the California Continuing Education of the Bar, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the California Trial Lawyers Association, California Medical Legal Committee, National Business Institute and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He has also been invited to present to the Annual California Judges School and ABOTA "Masters in Trial" Programs.

Mr. Reback is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the Litigation Counsel of America, a Diplomate of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
