Cindy A. Shapiro is a partner in the Manhattan Beach office of Reback, McAndrews, Kjar, Warford & Stockalper, LLP. Ms. Shapiro's practice over the last 15 years has focused on professional liability defense, and includes representation of hospitals, medical groups, physicians, other health care providers, attorneys, accountants and brokers. She has successfully defended numerous professionals against claims of medical malpractice, elder abuse, battery, legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, malicious prosecution, wrongful termination/discrimination and other related claims. She currently litigates in both state and federal court, and has obtained numerous victories for her clients in the California Court of Appeals.

Ms. Shapiro has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1994 and is admitted to practice before the California Superior Court and the Central U.S. District Court. Prior to attending law school, she taught elementary school for Los Angeles Unified School District.
