Terrence J. Schafer

Terrence J. Schafer is a partner in the Law Firm of Reback, McAndrews, Kjar, Warford & Stockalper, located at the Orange County office in Costa Mesa, California. For the past 15 years, he has specialized in the trial of personal injury and employment claims on behalf of defendants in the Southern California area, particularly within the healthcare field. His practice includes the defense of professional liability actions against physicians, accountants and lawyers, the defense of claims before the licensing boards for those professionals, and the defense of employment actions by former employees against their employers.

Mr. Schafer has been an invited lecturer on a variety of issues relating to professional liability, and has appeared on both the local and national level to speak before the California Association of Trial Attorneys, the Orange County Bar Association, the California Trial Lawyer's Association, the American Society of Asthma, Allergy & Immunology, the California Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, the International College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery. He has also lectured to hospitals and health care organizations on risk management issues.

Mr. Schafer is a member of the bar of the State of California, and is admitted to practice before all of the courts of that state on both the local and federal level.
